Saturday Morning Gentle Flow Yoga, 8:30 am - 9:45 am - Wake up your weekend with a gentle flow yoga class! This class is gentle enough for beginners; however more challenges are offered as students feel ready. This class is great for women in their 40s and 50s who may feel stiff and need to stretch feel more at ease in their bodies. Classes are intentionally small - limited to six students. This class is great for those who feel intimidated by large community classes. In my small group classes, I am able to give individual attention and modifications to all the students.
